Baby Blue is getting so big!

Beyoncé is traveling the world as part of her Mrs. Carter tour, but she's still making time for "road dog" and "best friend," 15-month-old Blue Ivy.

While in Paris, the 31-year-old singer stepped out for lunch with her husband, rapper Jay-Z, 43, and their daughter, looking fresh-faced and casual-a dramatic shift from the ornate costumes she wears for her show.

"At some point it's very important to me that my daughter is able to experience life and run through the sprinklers and have slumber parties and trust and live and do all the things that any child should be able to do," she told Vogue of balancing her career with motherhood. "It's very important for me."

But for now, Blue is on the road and Beyonce is still able to focus on her music, having just performed a new song, "Grown Woman," during a recent show.

"I don't feel like I have to please anyone," she told the magazine of how she feels. "I feel free. I feel like I'm an adult. I'm grown. I can do what I want. I can say what I want. I can retire if I want. That's why I've worked hard."
