Keri Russell's (Amazing) Body After Baby: Her Secrets Revealed
Keri Russell was in her early 20s when she shot to stardom in the TV drama "Felicity," but she doesn't look as if she's aged a day in these new photos from the May issue of Women's Health. Even more amazing? Russell, 37, gave birth to her second child just a little more than a year go.
"[There's] this really nerdy workout I do in my walk-through closet in our brownstone," says the actress of her fitness regimen, which also includes walking and dancing. "I do a workout video and use my own music-whatever is inspiring to me at the time, like Alabama Shakes, or Mumford and Sons."
Work also keeps her pretty active. Currently the star of the F/X espionage series, "The Americans," Russell learned fight training to prep for the role. "I did get a bloody lip, which I am sort of proud about," she says. "You should see the other guy though!"
And while the mother of two says, "I don't think I ate a green vegetable until I was 30," she now tries to keep things a bit more balanced. However, her inner omnivore remains.
"One thing you would be surprised to learn about me is that I eat everything," says Russell, who describes her dream weekend as "sleep, sleep, girlfriends, glass of wine and a delicious meal."
"I am crazy for dessert," she adds. "No one should be denied anything. You should be able to have a little bit of everything, just don't eat the whole thing!"
