Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were photographed together for the first time in five months on June 17 as they left the Arclight movie theater in Hollywood holding hands.

The sighting was a first for the engaged pair, who have been the subject of speculation about a split. Cyrus, 20, was spotted without her engagement ring this past March while the 23-year-old Hemsworth was in Australia filming "the Hunger Games."

The pair denied the reports, and Cyrus took to Twitter to announce that she did not call off her wedding.

The pair met while filming the 2010 movie "The Last Song." Helmsworth proposed to Cyrus last June.

Cyrus's parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tisch Finley Cyrus, recently announced they had filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences.

Billy Ray Cyrus told ABC's Nightline last April that he was not certain the two would wed.

"They're young, they're kids. The great news is they're great friends. They're really, really good friends. If you end up getting married, that's your business," he said.
