"Who's ready to meet Emerson Jay Swisher?" proud new dad Nick Swisher asked on Twitter earlier today.

If you answered yes, you're in luck: Just moments before, his wife, actress JoAnna Garcia tweeted this sweet shot of their four-week-old daughter.

"@NickSwisher & I would like you all to meet our little angel :)" she wrote.

Last month, the "Reba" actress, 33, and the Cleveland Indians outfielder, 32, welcomed their daughter in Ohio.

"We are overjoyed, blessed and so full of love that our daughter Emme has finally arrived," they said in a statement. "She is healthy, beautiful and vibrant. It's the best feeling in the world."

And according to Garcia, that feeling hasn't faded. On May 27, she checked in with fans on Twitter to give an update on the baby.

"Since the arrival of baby Emerson," she wrote, "@NickSwisher & I have been so filled w love, joy& gratitude."
