Hillary Scott is a mom! The Lady Antebellum singer, 27, and her husband of more than a year, drummer Chris Tyrrell, welcomed their daughter, Eisele Kaye today, the singer confirmed on Twitter.

"She's here and we are in HEAVEN!!!" she wrote. "Eisele Kaye, our beautiful angel, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!"

According to People.com, which broke the news, the baby weighted 7 lbs. 13 oz. Her name is a combination of Tyrrell's mother's maiden name and Scott's mother's middle name (Kaye).

Gushes Tyrrell: "She is incredibly gorgeous."

In May, Scott opened up to "Good Morning America" about becoming a first-time parent.

"It was a big surprise," she said. "I didn't time it!"

However, she quickly adapted and according to People, she had a relatively easy pregnancy.

"There was one night where I looked at my husband and I was like, 'We really have to go to the grocery store because I need a Pop-Tart right now," she said. "That's really one of the only cravings I've had. That, and sleep!"

The baby will share a memorable birthday: The son of Price William and Kate Middleton was also born today in London.
