Johnny Depp: I'm Mesmerized by Honey Boo Boo
When "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" is on television, Johnny Depp can't look away.
In a recent interview with Extra, "The Lone Ranger" star admitted he has a polarizing relationship with the sometimes controversial program. "I'm a little frightened of the show," Depp said. "They're probably great people, but there are bits that happen that just I am mesmerized by."
The acting vet of almost 30 years laughed and added that when push comes to shove, he could be called a fan of the 7-year-old Alana Thompson, who first gained fame as a child beauty pageant contestant on "Toddlers & Tiaras."

Depp, who's linked romantically to his "The Rum Diary" co-star Amber Heard, also discussed the possiblity of calling it quits in the next decade.
He was a little torn when asked about his comments in Rolling Stone on how he contemplates retirement "every day" and would like nothing more than to concentrate on "really living life."
"Naw, I don't know about retirement," Depp told Extra. "I really do love making characters and making movies."
But.
"Yeah, I mean sometime in the next 10 years, you probabaly just want to kind of be able to look around a little more, wander a bit and maybe experience some degree of anonymity somewhere."
Not possible.
