"The Canyons" star checked out of Cliffside Malibu Tuesday and then tweeted that she had been seen. Lohan moved from Betty Ford to Cliffside halfway through her treatment.
"They spotted me!" she said.
Her three-month stint in rehab was part of a plea deal to avoid jail time stemming from a June 2012 traffic case. The "Mean Girls" star pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to police and was mandated to 90 days in treatment, unable to leave the premises.

The rehab stint kept her from a possible eight months in jail. The deal also included 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological counseling.
Lindsay's not wasting anytime while she's out. Along with her newest film "The Canyons" out on Friday, Lohan is set to guest host "Chelsea Lately" on Monday. She'll lead the roundtable chats and interview the guests.
