Kate Middleton and Prince William are staying out of the public eye as they prepare to welcome their first child, and one photographer is taking a guess as to what they might be up to.
Alison Jackson, the same photographer who staged fake baby shower with royal impersonators, is now imagining how the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, both 31, might be preparing for their baby's impending arrival.

In actuality, final preparations are being made for the royal baby. Recently Middleton reportedly made a secret visit to St. Mary's Hospital, where she'll deliver the baby, for final checks, and a helicopter is waiting in a field near Prince William's home in Wales to fly him to London should Kate go into labor while he's working.
How will Kate decorate the nursery?
They've also brainstormed a few favorite names for both boys and girls, as they've chosen not to find out the gender of the baby. While it's unclear what's on their short list, betting shops are predicting Alexandra for a girl and George for a boy.
