Elizabeth Hurley Slips Back Into Famous Catsuit

Elizabeth Hurley can still fit into her famous skin-tight black catsuit she wore as the spy Vanessa in the original 1997 "Austin Powers" movie, but recently confessed that when it comes to her own swimwear line, she uses models half her age.

"We hire someone half my age to do bikini shots," Hurley told the U.K.'s Daily Mail about her eponymous beachwear line.

Hurley was speaking at the launch of Compare the Market's latest ad campaign, for which the 48-year-old model-actress donned her famous catsuit while recreating scenes from famous films.

In a series of editorial shots, Hurley stars alongside the British company's latest furry addition, a toy meerkat named Maiya, who, like Hurley, wears a black catsuit while posing next to an Aston Martin, dodging lasers and hanging suspended a la "Mission Impossible."

"I jumped at doing this because it was an opportunity to live out all my Bond girl fantasies," Hurley told the Mail. "I've always loved spy girl roles."

Hurley played spy Vanessa Kensington in 1997's "Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery" opposite Mike Myers.

"The shoot felt like old times, playing in Aston Martins, dodging lasers and being suspended in mid-air have always tickled my fancy," the mother of one said.
