Kerry Washington quietly married NFL star Nnamdi Asomugha in June, and she's got the bling to prove it.

On Sunday, the "Scandal" star flaunted a simple band of diamonds on her left hand while attending the Television Critics Association's Summer Press Tour Disney/ABC party at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. However, the low-key actress, who tweeted last month, "I still dont talk about my personal life," seemed more excited about showing off her manicure, tweeting a photo of it before the bash.

Washington, 36, and Asomugha, 31, said "I do" in Idaho, after dating for more than a year. The actress' parents Earl and Valerie Washington signed the document as witnesses.

Washington, who was nominated for an Emmy as outstanding actress in a drama, told PopSugar that the last few months have been "pretty thrilling."

"This really feels like one for the whole team," she said of the nomination.
