Soleil Moon Frye teased her Twitter followers that she had a big announcement to make - and she wasn't kidding.

The former "Punky Brewster" star is expecting her third child, she announced Wednesday, via her website. Frye, 37, and her TV/film producer husband Jason Goldberg, already have two daughters: Poet Sienna Rose, 7, and Jagger Joseph Blue, 5.

Frye, who just released a new app, Moonfrye, has been hoping for another baby for a while.

"It's on my mind like every day! I want a third," she told TheBump.com last fall. "I just feel like if I have a third it will be another girl and I would be so into it. And then maybe the fourth would be a boy. Fingers crossed within the next year."
