After being indicted on 39 counts of fraud, Teresa Giudice is putting on a brave face for her children.

On Tuesday, after the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star, 41, and her husband Joe, 43, appeared in court and were released on $500,000 bonds, she stepped out with her daughter Milania, looking happy and confident. (The couple has four children.)

Teresa Giudice made it clear that in light of her family's "difficult" legal drama, her priority was her family.

"I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me," Guidice said after she and her husband was charged. "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible."
