In her first Rolling Stone cover story, Miley Cyrus opened up about topics from her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards to her family. And now, in newly-released quotes, the "Wrecking Ball" singer, 20, revealed that she experiments with drugs.

"I think weed is the best drug on earth," she told the magazine. "One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it, and I saw a wolf howling at the moon. Hollywood is a coke town, but weed is so much better. And molly, too."

Cyrus, who was taped smoking salvia in 2010, explained that marijuana and molly are "happy" and "social" drugs that "make you want to be with your friends."

Cocaine, she argued, is different.

"I really don't like coke. It's so gross and so dark," she said. "It's like what are you, from the '90s? Ew."

Cyrus, who also said she smokes cigarettes, revealed her thoughts about Los Angeles, where she lives.

"I don't even remember the last time it rained out here," she said. " I always wondered how those big-ass fires start in L.A., and then I'll throw my cigarette out the window or something, and I'm like 'There it is.'"

A rep for Cyrus had no comment.
