Will "30 Rock" close out its run with a win for Outstanding Comedy Series over "Modern Family"? Can anyone beat Bryan Cranston from "Breaking Bad"? Will "House of Cards" become the first web series to take home an award?

These questions and others loom as the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards is set for tomorrow night in Los Angeles, and host Neil Patrick Harris is providing a few answers.

For starters, the "How I Met Your Mother" star, 40, who has hosted the Tony Awards four times, is planning to infuse a little razzle-dazzle into this year's show.

"Been dancing my face off in rehearsals," he tweeted a few days ago.

Harris also told Entertainment Weekly that there might be some supernatural elements to the show.

"The network's encouraging," he said."Maybe [there will be] some appearance and some vanish and maybe a quick change or something that seems magic-ish."

If nothing else, Elton John's tribute to Liberace should be glitzy and will feature appearances by "Behind the Candelabra" stars Matt Damon and Michael Douglas, both Emmy nominees themselves. Both men are also set to present along with a who's who of Hollywood A-listers, including Bryan Cranston, Will Arnett, Claire Danes, Tina Fey, Sofia Vergara and Kerry Washington.

There will be somber moments too, including a tribute to five late TV icons: Cory Monteith, James Gandolfini, "Family Ties" producer Gary David Goldberg, Jean Stapleton and Jonathan Winters.

As for the fashion, the speeches and the biggest surprises of the night, we'll have to wait and see.
