'Homeland' Actress Morena Baccarin welcomed her first child, a son Julius, on Tuesday - her rep confirms to ABC News.
The boy weighed in at just less than 8 pounds, reported People magazine, who broke the story.
"Julius and his mother are happy and healthy," the rep told the magazine.
Baccarin, 34, had a little scare as the baby was delivered breech or feet first, but Julius is doing just fine.
The recent Emmy nominee told People that Dr. Ronald Wu of Glendale Adventist Medical Center, a specialist in breech births, provided "the birth experience I wanted."
Baccarin married director Austin Chick in November 2011 and announced that the couple was expecting this past May.
