How Jenna Dewan-Tatum Lost 33 Pounds 7 Weeks After Baby
After welcoming her daughter Everly on May 31, Jenna Dewan-Tatum looks absolutely unreal on the November cover of Self Magazine.
"I stayed in shape" during my pregnancy, she revealed in a promo video for the magazine shoot. "I was working out almost every single day or walking or hiking, anything that made me feel good."
In fact, the 32-year-old actress said she lost 33 pounds in just seven weeks after giving birth!

"My favorite type of workouts are anything that involves dance," she said. "If it's fun, I'll do it more. I really am drawn to that. It's fun for everyone, everyone likes to dance."
Dewan-Tatum definitely "loves" to dance; she met husband Channing Tatum on the set of her 2006 movie "Step Up." The two were married in 2009.
"Channing is super supportive, he can't stop saying how amazing it is what the woman's body goes through," she added.

Jennifer Johnson, Dewan-Tatum's trainer, has the "Witches of East End" star doing dance-based toners like "sculpt-it-all kicks" and a 35-minute hip-hop routine.
What is her favorite song to dance to?
"After Everly was born, I watched music videos on TV a lot," she told the magazine. "Every time 'Blurred Lines' came on, I'd rock her to sleep to it. I should send Robin Thicke an e-mail: 'Thank you for your song. It has saved me!'"
The November Self magazine hits newsstands Oct. 22.
