Soleil Moon Frye was a guest host for "The View" on Wednesday, but she didn't just discuss the headlines of the day - she shared some personal news too!

The former "Punky Brewster" star, 37, handed a box of blue booties to co-host Jenny McCarthy, revealing that her baby, due next year, will be a boy.

Frye, 37, and her husband, producer Jason Goldberg, are parents to two daughters, Sienna Rose, 7, and Jagger Joseph Blue, 5. The "Home Made Simple" host said that they always planned to find out the baby's gender because her girls were curious.

"It's so funny: They're like, 'If it's a girl we're gonna dress her up and if it's a boy, we're gonna dress him up and paint his nails!' They're just so excited," she told ABC News in August. "They're touching my belly. They're so into it! It's so cute."
