For months now, reports have been widespread of the marital rift between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom - stemming from his alleged drug use.

On last night's "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the 29-year-old reality star opened up about her husband during a family camping trip.

"Even though I don't like camping, right now I need all the distractions I can get," she admitted. "They're kind of like therapy for me."

After Odom phones Kardashian while the family is all sitting together around a camp fire, she explains her situation at home.

" Lamar has been having a really tough time lately and it's not just black and white," she added. " There's a lot of emotional issues and as much as I'm trying to enjoy going camping with my family I also have to cater to Lamar's needs."

On the show, Kardashian shows concern for Odom, 33, who was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with alleged DUI at 3:30 a.m. in Los Angeles. Last night's episode was filmed around this time during the summer.

"It's really scary when nothing's really working and you know if you give up, no one in his life would be able to help," she explained. Odom has been outspoken on the fact that he and his father don't have a relationship and how grateful he is that the Kardashians took him in after he married one of their own.

After speaking with his wife, Odom proceeds to call her stepfather Bruce Jenner, who just happens to be sitting next to Kardashian. Then Rob Kardashian reveals Odom sometimes calls him seven times a day.

"There's so much going on in the Odom household that no one could understand and nor should they," Rob Kardashian said. "All I can do is support my sister."

At the end of the trip, Kardashian is told by Odom's assistant that the former NBA star has gone missing.

"If someone wants to leave, they want to leave," a frustrated Kardashian said about Odom. "You're not my child, I can't lock you in a room."

After Odom's latest disappearing act in late August, Kardashian got in touch with her husband and his agent Jeff Schwartz told ESPN that, "His wife knows exactly where he is."

Months later, Odom and Kardashian are still reportedly not fully on the mend yet, but the couple was spotted together last week at Kanye West's "Yeezus" concert. Odom was even seen dancing with other members of the Kardashian family. It was the first time Odom and Kardashian were seen publicly together since reports of his drug use surfaced earlier in the year.

Also, Odom spoke with US Weekly last week in Los Angeles and said about his wife, "We're wonderful. We're unbreakable."
