Two weeks after Kelly Rowland was seen flashing a huge diamond sparkler on her left ring finger, new reports say the Destiny's Child singer is engaged.

Us Weekly is reporting that Rowland is engaged to her manager and boyfriend, Tim Witherspoon.

Rowland's rep did not respond immediately to ABC News' request for comment.

The 32-year-old singer was first seen with the ring in a video posted on music producer Patrick "j.Que" Smith's Instagram account Nov. 15.

In the video, Rowland wishes a happy birthday to Smith's son Channing and promises to take him shopping and "spoil you rotten." She then blows him a kiss, flashing the diamond ring.

Perhaps taking a page from pal Beyonce, Rowland has yet to make any announcements.

The British "X Factor" judge was previously engaged to football player Roy Williams, but they broke up two months before their wedding date, in January 2005.

"I was too young for marriage," Rowland later told Cosmopolitan UK. "But sometimes you fall down and you learn from it."
