The Zolciak family just got bigger.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and her husband, NFL player Kroy Biermann, welcomed twins, she announced via Instagram.

"Guess what?!!! The twins have arrived!" she wrote. "We welcomed first a baby girl and second a handsome little boy. They are both healthy and Kroy and I are so thankful!!"

The girl's name is Kaia Rose, which Zolciak wrote was in honor of "'Psychic' Rose who is like a grandma to me and been a huge part of my life for 13 plus yrs.'" Another bonus? The babies were born on her birthday!

The boy's name is Kane Ren. Zolciak said that Ren was in honor of her OB-GYN, who delivered five of her six children. "We simply adore him," she said.

Kim Zolciak Is Expecting Twins

The couple already has two sons together, Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 15 months. Biermann has also adopted Zolciak's two daughters from previous relationships.

In September, the reality star proudly showed off a photo of her bump.

"I couldn't be more excited," she said of her pregnancy. "It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised!"
