Britney Spears, 32, realizes that she may be in a more mature place in life, but that doesn't mean she's not still embracing her sensual side.

"I love sex. I think sex is great," she said in a new clip from her upcoming E! documentary, "I Am Britney Jean." "But I feel a little different about it now that I'm older."

"Sometimes I feel like I'm 20 and then sometimes I feel like I'm 50," she added.

The two-hour special will air on Dec. 22, just days before she launches her Las Vegas show. Over the next two years, Spears will perform 50 shows at Planet Hollywood, and she's working with new choreographers to get prepared.

"They're new, up-and-coming, fresh guys, so their stuff is really hard," she says in the below clip from "I Am Britney Jean." "It's more rewarding after you perform something that's really hard to do than just something that you just kinda throw together."
