Congratulations, Kelly Rowland!

The Destiny’s Child star is to announce that she is engaged to boyfriend Tim Witherspoon.

She is expected to “surprise” her fans, like Beyonce’s secret album, with the announcement of her engagement on “The Queen Latifiah Show,” E! News reports.

The X-Factor judge set off rumors a few weeks ago after flashing a huge diamond ring on Instagram, and now she is apparently confirming the big news.

“He put a ring on it,” Rowland, 32, told Latifah, referencing her band-mate’s famous record “Single Ladies,”  which they performed together at the Super Bowl earlier this year.

The Grammy-winning singer is usually quiet about her love life and says she and Witherspoon have long been an item. “It’s been a while,” Rowland confessed to Latifah for Wednesday’s show, according to E! News. “We’ve kept it very, very low, for years, to be completely honest.”

The singer says her boyfriend and manager popped the question in an unexpected way. She was in Bulgaria when asked, Rowland said.

“He asked me first on Skype,” she recalled, laughing, “and I was like, ‘We’re so far away from each other.’”

Latifah, in her best Slavic accent, said, “There’s nothing like getting engaged in Bulgaria. It’s the happiest thing that happened in Bulgaria that day.”

The “When Love Takes Over” singer says she could not resist accepting.

“He asked me, and it was just that simple to say yes. I was like, ‘I got my best friend to ride through life with,’” she said. “He really is my best friend.”
