Singer Vanessa Carlton is now a married woman.

The "Thousand Miles" singer tweeted a wedding day photo of her and the groom, fellow musician John McCauley of the band Deer Tick, on Dec. 27, writing, "Married this gentleman two hours ago."

Carlton, 33, also revealed that Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac did the honors herself, officiating at the ceremony.

"Thanks Stevie for marrying us," she tweeted Friday evening, along with a photo of the three during the ceremony.

Vanessa Carlton Reveals Ectopic Pregnancy, Cancels Tour Dates

The nuptials came two months after Carlton was forced to cancel part of her tour after she was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy.

The singer underwent emergency surgery to remove her entire right fallopian tube after efforts to shrink the pregnancy with a mild chemotherapy drug and save the tube were unsuccessful.
