New year, new man?

Bethenny Frankel kicked off 2014 by vacationing in Miami with a new beau, whom ABC News can reveal is named Micheal Cerrusi.

On Jan. 1, the two hit the beach, with Frankel, 43, grinning in a skimpy black and white bikini. However, the night before, things really heated up.

According to E!, the talk show host and her new beau spent New Year's Eve together at the Mondrian South Beach hotel in Miami.

Though the twosome was in a group of friends, a source told the website that the date was "definitely romantic." (A source confirmed to ABC News that Frankel is indeed dating.)

"She seemed relaxed with him and having a great time," the source said. "At the stroke of midnight, they shared a passionate kiss and proceeded to make out in front of everyone."

A rep for Frankel had no comment.

It's a dramatic change of pace for Frankel, who separated from husband Jason Hoppy a year ago. She filed for divorce last January, and the two were engaged in a custody battle for their daughter Bryn, 3.

"I'm going through a brutal, brutal time," Frankel told "Nightline" of the split. "It really, really is, I mean, there's no other way to slice it."
