Life's looking pretty adorable for the Zolciak family.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak proudly showed off her new fraternal twins, Kane and Kaia, on Instagram yesterday.

The two new babies were born over Thanksgiving and make a total of six children for Zolciak, 35.

First, she posted a smiling pic of Kaia, captioned "Baby Kaia up close!"

Next, she posted a pic of big brother KJ, 2, kissing his little bro on the forehead. "Kane's close up!! My life this morning KJ is soooo in love. Kane weighs 10 lbs he is my little 'tank,'" she wrote.

Finally, the reality star described her new little bundles of joy, writing, "Kaia has dark hair and the prettiest blue eyes and Kane is blonde with these piercing blue eyes! Elle, Ana and Kash have my crazy eye color and KJ has blue like his daddy!"

Zolciak married her husband, Kroy Biermann on Nov. 11, 2011, after meeting the previous year.
