The war-of-words between Joan Rivers and Gwyneth Paltrow continues.

During an appearance on Andy Cohen's "Watch What Happens Live" on Wednesday, Rivers took a swipe at the actress when asked about the biggest backlash she's ever gotten from her "Fashion Police" critiques.

"The worst criticism was, ugh, Gwyneth Paltrow," the comedian answered with a groan. "She came and yelled at us. But she stood up. She can't sit down, cause she's got a stick up her rear end."

The 80-year-old comedian added: "The world's most beautiful woman voted by Helen Keller and Stevie Wonder. Not my favorite."

Cohen then quipped, "Boy, you love a Helen Keller joke, don't you."

It's not the first time the two stars have taken jabs at each other.

Last year, the 41-year-old Oscar winner took a swipe at Rivers when discussing cosmetic procedures with Harper's Bazaar.

"I've probably tried everything," Paltrow told the magazine. "I would be scared to go under the knife, but you know, talk to me when I'm 50. I'll try anything. Except I won't do Botox again, because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!"
