The United States may have lost to Germany at the 2014 World Cup, but the stars were celebrating the U.S. advancing to the round of 16.

Hugh Jackman made it clear who was still No. 1. “Looks like @USASoccer are through! @FifaWorldCup! #Addicted,” he wrote on Instagram.

Some, including “Parks and Recreation” star Retta, expressed gratitude to Cristiano Ronaldo for scoring the goal to put Portugal ahead of Ghana, 2-1, allowing the U.S. to advance instead of Ghana to the next round.

Josh Duhamel was also considering all the possibilities ahead of the U.S.-Germany game.
