Hugh Jackman made it clear who was still No. 1. "Looks like @USASoccer are through! @FifaWorldCup! #Addicted," he wrote on Instagram.

Some, including "Parks and Recreation" star Retta, expressed gratitude to Cristiano Ronaldo for scoring the goal to put Portugal ahead of Ghana, 2-1, allowing the U.S. to advance instead of Ghana to the next round.

Josh Duhamel was also considering all the possibilities ahead of the U.S.-Germany game.
