Good Neighbor? A new report out today finds that being a good neighbor is on the rise. According to the study, 76 percent of people trust their neighbors and 44 percent of people talk to them frequently.

Pope Tweets Pope Benedict XVI has been an active member of Twitter for less than 12 hours and his account has already sent out seven tweets to its more than 927,000 followers. Tweeting as @pontifex, Benedict sent out his first tweet at 2 a.m. ET today: "Dear friends, I am pleased to get in touch with you through Twitter. Thank you for your generous response. I bless all of you from my heart."
