Country Singer Slim Whitman Dies at 90 The world said goodbye to country legend Slim Whitman today. The singer was known for his yodeling, his mustache and sideburns. Whitman earned the nickname "America's Favorite Folksinger" and he was a cited as a favorite by some of music's biggest names, including Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney. Whitman even mentored Elvis Presley. He encouraged the king to dream big. Whitman died of heart failure Wednesday at a Florida hospital. He was 90 years old.

Video: Bull Charges Man in Red There was a terrifying example of man-versus-beast caught on tape in Spain. A 400-pound bull escaped from a truck and barreled down a busy highway, charging oncoming cars. A bright red shirt caught his eye and the bull went full steam ahead for a man on a sidewalk. Passersby ran to help but, somehow, the man wrestled the beast to the ground and even got him into a headlock.

LeBron James Loses Headband, Fans Go Wild The magical moment in Tuesday night's game six of the NBA finals wasn't the winning buzzer beater but the moment LeBron James lost his trademark headband. It seemed to energize the Heat star. He went on to spark a fourth quarter comeback and fans went wild. "LeBron's headband is the inverse of Sampson's hair," one fan tweeted. The headband garnered fans of its own. "Things going in the Heat Hall of Fame after tonight…LeBron's headband," SportsNation tweeted. Stay tuned to see if he brings the headband back for game seven Thursday night.
