The Pulse: The McRib Is Back; Moving Halloween; Dust-Storm Wedding

Starting with a story that involves an elusive sandwich from McDonald’s: the McRib. The fast-food chain will sell the boneless barbecue pork sandwich in all U.S. stores now through Nov. 14.

Then, a change for Halloween’s date? Tim Larson, a Connecticut lawmaker, wants the spooky holiday to be permanently moved from Oct. 31 to the last Saturday in October.
