As a Christian this makes me sick! Look “brothers and sisters” pay attention to our written word from our Father God in Luke “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven” It is written many times that we are not the judge, I am pretty sure Jesus can handle the job all by HImself. We do not know whats in a person heart and soul and even if they are against our Christ our job is to Pray, pray, pray adn live like CHrist so they can see Christ…. After watching their loved one suffer and die a fairly young death, his friends and family can not even mourn for him in peace and quiet. These westboro nut jobs are petty, mean, vile people. This sort of funeral picketing is just cruel. I can’t imagine any god of any religion wanting or rewarding such behaviour. Jesus was a gentle soul who would have recoiled at such terrible behaviour.

I find it very amusing how the majority of the comments on this blog condemn the WBC for their rhetoric and pass judgement. As a military spouse myself who has had the unfortunate experience of encnontering these goofy people, I must say that I have no idea where their beliefs come from. Why would they protest the funeral of Steve Jobs? He was simply the inventor of a lot of awesome technology that they clearly use!!! They are cowards and poor examples of Christians. They need to see the pain of a military family saying good bye to their loved one who gave the ultimate scarifice to protect their rights to be crazy any time they want to.

And if you can imagine this, several of them even have ranking positions in state government(how did that happen).
