ABC News Exclusive: Taylor Swift Interviewed LIVE on “Good Morning America” on Monday, October 22nd and Performing LIVE on Tuesday, October 23rd in Conjunction With Her New Album “Red”

Recording superstar Taylor Swift will appear live on “Good Morning America” on Monday, October 22nd for her first televised interview in conjunction with the release of her new album “Red.” The following morning, Tuesday, October 23rd, she will dazzle fans in her first live performance of songs from the album in an exclusive “GMA” fall concert.

Taylor Swift, at 22,  is arguably the biggest recording star in the world today:  the only woman in music history to release 3 number 1 albums in a row;  worldwide record sales of more than 22 million albums and 50 million song downloads; and winner of 6 Grammy Awards. 

“Good Morning America” is a two-hour, live program anchored by Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos. Josh Elliott is the news anchor, Lara Spencer is lifestyle anchor and Sam Champion is the weather anchor. Tom Cibrowski is the senior executive producer. The morning news program airs MONDAY-FRIDAY (7:00-9:00 a.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
