"This Week" Improves Year to Year in Total Viewers and Adults 25-54 for the Last 5 Weeks
S eason to Date, " This Week" is Delivering its Strongest Numbers in 3 Years
On October 14, 2012, ABC News' "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" drew 2.355 million Total Viewers and 692,000 Adults 25-54, according to Nielsen Media Research. For the 3rd time in 3 weeks of the new season and for the last 5 weeks overall, "This Week" saw gains year to year (2.123 million and 634,000, respectively, on 10/16/11) in both Total Viewers (+11%) and Adults 25-54 (+9%).
Season to date, " This Week" is up sharply in Total Viewers (+22%) and Adults 25-54 (+33%) versus its year-ago season averages, delivering its strongest numbers in 3 years - since the 2009-10 season.
