Throughout the 10-minute video, the linebacker, who identified himself as a Chiefs player, cooperated with police.
Belcher, 25, can be heard telling officers he planned to go into the apartment building. An officer advised him it would be the best thing for him to do because "you have a lot to lose."
The officers thanked Belcher for cooperating and the video ended with him walking away from his car and toward the building.

While Belcher's mother made an anguished 911 call, in which the young couple's newborn baby could be heard crying, the NFL star drove to Arrowhead Stadium, where he held a gun to his head in the parking lot and thanked coaches for all they had done for him.
Kansas City police released a dash-cam video of an officer speeding to the scene.
Belcher knelt behind a car and shot himself in the head when he realized police had arrived at the stadium.
The dash-cam video released today appears to end before the shooting.
