Should Cruise Companies Be More Regulated?

Last year around 7 million people took a cruise, according to Cruise Lines International Association. Given the Carnival Triumph and other recent cases, Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., has called for public examination of whether cruise companies should pay higher taxes and perhaps be regulated more tightly.
