A member of a violent white supremacist prison gang wanted in connection with a Colorado murder investigation was arrested Thursday, police said.

Thomas James Guolee, 31, was captured at a residence in Colorado Springs, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Department.

Guolee is a parolee and member of the prison gang known as the 211 Crew. He is a known associate of Evan Ebel, the man police believe gunned down Denver Domino's pizza driver Nathan Leon and Tom Clements, the head of Colorado's corrections system.

Last week investigators named Guolee and James Franklin Lohr, 47, as persons of interest in the Clements case. They are not considered suspects.

Law enforcement sources tell ABC News that Goulee and Lohr were in contact with Ebel, a fellow member of the 211 Crew, in the days and hours before Clements was murdered.

Lohr was captured April 5 in Colorado Springs after leading police on a brief pursuit. Ebel was killed March 21 during a shootout with Texas lawmen.
