Taking the top spot in Adults 25-54 for the 2nd time in the last 3 Sundays, "This Week" led CBS' "Face the Nation" by +5,000 demo viewers and NBC's "Meet the Press by +73,000 demo viewers. Further, "This Week" has beaten "Face the Nation" in Adults 25-54 in 3 of the last 4 weeks and outperformed "Meet the Press in 5 of the last 7.

In Total Viewers, "This Week" outdelivered "Meet the Press" by +42,000 (2.744 million vs. 2.702 million) , leading the NBC program in 5 of the last 7 weeks.

For the 3rd week in a row, "This Week" delivered increases over the previous week in both Total Viewers (+1%) and Adults 25-54 (+1%) - 2.706 million and 756,000, respectively, on 9/1/13. In fact, the ABC public affairs program turned in its strongest performance in more than 4 months - since 4/21/13.

"This Week" was up over the year-ago Sunday (2.691 million and 720,000, respectively, on 9/9/12) in Total Viewers (+2%) and Adults 25-54 (+6%), building on its year-ago performance in Total Viewers in 6 of the last 7 weeks.

Season to date, " This Week" is up in Total Viewers (+8%) and Adults 25-54 (+1%) versus its year-ago season averages, delivering its most-watched season in 4 years - since the 2008-09 season. In addition, "This Week" is improving the most over the previous season in Total Viewers, while standing as the only public affairs program to grow in Adults 25-54 compared to CBS' "Face the Nation" (+7%/flat), NBC's "Meet the Press" (-2%/-6%) and Fox's "Fox News Sunday" (+6%/-3%).
