Hour Includes a Rare Look at Walters' Memorable Interviews and Moments with Presidents and First Ladies Throughout the Years

President and Mrs. Obama will sit down with Barbara Walters at the White House for their first joint television interview this year. In what has become an end-of-the-year tradition, Ms. Walters will interview the President first and then Mrs. Obama will join the conversation. The interview with the President and First Lady will air on a "20/20? Thanksgiving special on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29 (10:00 - 11:00 p.m. ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Excerpts from the President's interview will air on "World News" and on ABCNews.com on Friday, November 29. Additional excerpts will air on "Good Morning America," ABC News Radio, ABC NewsOne and on "The View" throughout the week of November 26, leading up to the "20/20? hour.

As part of a year-long celebration of Barbara Walters' remarkable career as one of America's most respected journalists, the hour will include memorable moments from her news-making interviews with every President and First Lady since Richard Nixon.

This marks the fifth time the President and First Lady have sat for a joint interview with Walters. The first was November of 2008, immediately following the presidential election, the second was Thanksgiving 2010, the third was December 2011, and the fourth was December 2012.
