On December 22, 2013, ABC News' "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" averaged 2.916 million Total Viewers and 805,000 Adults 25-54, according to Nielsen Media Research. "This Week" outperformed NBC's "Meet the Press" in both Total Viewers (+312,000) and Adults 25-54 (+89,000). In fact, "This Week" has beaten the NBC program in Total Viewers for the last 3 weeks and 3 of the past 4 weeks in Adults 25-54.

Season to date, " This Week" is up in Total Viewers (+7%) versus its year-ago season average, growing for the 3rd year in a row to deliver its most-watched season in 5 years - since the 2008-09 season. In addition, "This Week" is up the most compared to the same point last season versus CBS' "Face the Nation" (+4%), NBC's "Meet the Press" (-8%) and Fox's "Fox News Sunday" (-5%).
