A bus carrying nine passengers struck an office building in Boise, Idaho, early today and ended up hanging precariously above a loading tunnel several feet from the ground.

Police said no one was injured. Authorities are investigating what caused the Valley Regional Transit bus to lose control, crossing two parking lots and hitting five trees before careening into the front of the Idaho Power building.

The bus struck a load-bearing column, but with the exception of two rooms near the crash site engineers have deemed the building safe to occupy.
