Naomi Watts, 45, was all about looking elegant at this year's Oscars ceremony.

The "Diana" actress stunned in a long, beaded Calvin Klein gown and Bvlgari diamond jewelry. To complement her modest dress, Watts went with a classic makeup look that really stood out. Matthew VanLeeuwen, Watts's Oscars makeup artist, combined Lancôme and Giorgio Armani products to create this perfect look.

Learn how to get Watts's plum-colored lips and lilac eyes below.

Eyes: Start off the look with the eyes by applying an eyeshadow primer all over the eyelid. Let it dry slightly and apply the base shade from the Lancôme Color Design 5 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in Plum Splendor and then apply the lightest lilac color from the palette on top. Next, take the plum liner and dot it along the lashline to accentuate the pale purple eye look. Finish off the eyes by curling the lashes and applying two coats of any black mascara.

Face: For the face, conceal any blemishes of redness with Lancôme Le Correcteur Pro to give the face a clear base. Follow this with a nice application of Giorgio Armani Maestro Cream Compact Foundation for a smooth, blemish-free look. Add a couple of swipes of Giorgio Armani Sheer Blush #10 to the cheekbones to brighten the face and make it look flawless.

Lips: The final step is the lip. To get the sultry pop of color that Watts had at the Oscars, line the lip with the Giorgio Armani #7 Smooth Silk Lip Pencil before applying the Giorgio Armani Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick in #502 Scarlatto.

This elegant Oscars look works perfectly as the go-to makeup routine for a date night or any special occasion.
