The Presidential Planner: Obama Sits Down With Jay Leno
EmailPresident Obama awakes in Los Angeles this morning and will spend the day campaigning in California and Colorado.
Before getting back on the campaign trail, the president will tape a “Tonight Show” interview with Jay Leno. This will be Obama’s fourth appearance on the late-night talk show, his second since taking office.
The president will travel later in the day to San Francisco for a fundraiser before heading to Denver for two additional campaign events in the crucial swing state of Colorado.

Jay, here are some questions few get to ask the Almighty One. Do you want to apologize for the Solyndra scandal? How dumb was the Fast & Furious program (and the movie)? Are you going to fire Atty. General Holder for either being clueless about the Fast & Furious gun running program or lying about not knowing about it until April when you Mr. President said in an interview in February that you didn’t know about Fast & Furious but agreed it wasn’t a wise program, you said you and Holder knew about it. Why did the unemployment rate rise from 7.6% to 10.1% after you spent nearly $1T on your stimulus plan in 2009/10? How could another $450B make a hill of beans difference if $835T resulted in increased unemployment? Why didn’t you include any GOP leaders in the development of your latest $450B Jobs bill? Is it just a political wedge tool for the campaign? Admit it Mr. President, that’s all it is, you knew it wouldn’t pass the Congress or Dem controlled Senate. Mr. President, was America Victorious in the Iraq war? Surely you admit that whether we should have gone into Iraq or not, that our military was victorious taking out Saddam and his Republican Guard and the insurgents and history will show it as a successful military action right? Does President Bush deserve some credit for pushing forward with the very successful surge in Iraq against your and much Dem opposition? And do you admit here tonight that you were wrong about the surge, saying and I quote ‘that it doesn’t matter how many extra troops you send into Iraq, it won’t make a difference”, you admit you were wrong right? And how’s your no-lobbyist in my administration pledge working out for you? Your administration is rife with lobbyists isn’t it? And how awkward is it for you to embrace the occupy wall. st. protestors when it’s become so messy, costing cities Millions of dollars with over 1,500 arrests and some theft, rapes and molestations in some cities? How awkward is it for you in that you’ve received the most campaign contributions from wall st. than any other politician, and $35k campaign dinners with rich folks, you’re a hypocrite right? Thanks for coming on the Tonight Show Mr. President.

For lease: One White House fully staffed. Includes capabilty to run a Nation and the world. Must sign a four year lease and not campain saying your on a tour for the jobs bill. Previous owner is house hunting and will be evicted within one year. Will Lease cheap if you have knowlegde of running a business. Neighborhood Organizers need not apply. Lord knows how that works out.

Ted Kassiotis, you seem to think of all rich people are alike. They are very, very different. Some wealthy folks don’t have a ‘get richer by any means’ mentality. They actually want to see all working Americans get paid fairly and the sick to get care. They want our military to get paid decently, have good housing and be taken care of when sick or injured. They don’t want the air or water polluted more so some ceo can get a bigger salary by cutting corners. This kind of rich person is the kind who donates to the Democrats.

Shhh. Don’t tell anyone about this. Besides, like Lydia says “the ones who contribute to me really, really care about folks”. Take the GE CEO, this man creates jobs-in China, but he still cares about the people here” and take Mr. Buffet, “he wants everyone to pay their share of taxes and is tired of his secretary paying more in taxes than he does so he cut her pay so that she could get food stamps and send her kids to college on pell grants not to mention he gave her some extra candles to keep that office warm”.
“Yes, the people who vote for me really care about the little people”.
