Romney to Iowa for Fourth Trip to Hawkeye State
Mitt Romney will make his fourth campaign trip to the Hawkeye State next week, according to sources close to the campaign.
Romney will campaign in Iowa on Wednesday, Nov. 23, the day after the GOP presidential debate hosted by CNN, the Heritage Foundation and the American Enterprise Institute, set to take place at the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C.
The campaign has yet to release any further details about the number of events or the part of the state Romney will visit.
Romney’s previous trips to Iowa came in August, October and, most recently, November. The campaign stops have taken Romney to Des Moines, a stretch along the western part of the state that included events in Sioux City, Treynor and Council Bluffs, and then one trip a few weeks ago to Dubuque and Davenport.
