An Obama Christmas

A White House aide provided the following description of the Obama's Christmas so far: "After making holiday telephone calls to U.S. service members last night, the President sat down with his family for Christmas Eve dinner.

"On Christmas morning, they gathered around 8 a.m. to open their gifts. Then, they ate breakfast and sang Christmas carols before departing for church services. (Which took place on the Marine Corp Base in Kaneohe Bay.)

"This afternoon, the President and the First Lady will travel (back) to the Marine Base to visit with service members and their families.

"In the evening, the First Family and friends will celebrate with a Christmas dinner at home."

Aloha.
