Congressman Regrets First Lady Weight Remarks

Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, himself not the skinniest of lawmakers, was heard at the airport today remarking on the size of Michelle Obama’s behind.

The Washington media gossip website Fishbowl DC reports that Sensenbrenner, a Republican from Wisconsin, said that the first lady “lectures us on eating right while she has a large posterior herself.”

Amanda Infield, Sensenbrenner’s press secretary, tells ABC News that the congressman plans on contacting Obama’s office to apologize.

“He doesn’t think the government should be telling Americans what to eat,” Infield said in a statement.

Michelle Obama’s office said in an email that it “does not have a response.”

The first lady’s anti-obesity campaign encourages children to eat healthier foods. Though the press has noted when Obama herself stops by eateries that aren’t exactly nutritious havens, like Shake Shack.

The Congressman has a point.

It is what it is but ya doesn’t have to broadcast it.

Ah, but we must be politically correct, mustn’t we? And so an apology is in order. Of course, no one will point out that Sensenbrenner’s primary point was not about MOo’s posterior but rather her hypocrisy. Maybe calling someone “hypocritical” is racist. Must as Holder about that.

The Congressman is an idiot! The First Lady is trying to promote healthy eating habits, she is not dictating to anyone what they should eat! I’m so sick and tired of the ridiculous childish remarks about a person’s looks, etc. Our country is headed downhill. From the moment he got in certain people were trashing him. Mitch McConnell said they will make him a one term president…That’s great, instead of working together for the good of the country, they want to attack him and make sure he doesn’t get in next time. This is what is wrong with this country. There is no compromise, no compassion and you think the GOP cares about the people? Oh right, they do, the RICH people. Wake up!

This congressman really doesn’t like his job does he? People need to get a life and let Mrs. Obama do the same. She’s entitled to eat where she wants to eat.

Posted by: mjinmd | December 22, 2011, 9:42 am 9:42 am

Republicans just can’t keep from playing the race card, and then when caught, give a conditional apology i.e. say that he doesn’t thing the government should be telling people what to eat. Well, I bet he regrets the remark – not that it offended the First Lady, rather that it hurts his political future.,

Poor taste no matter which party you affiliate with. The first Lady is trying to promote a healthy eating not influence her husband to pass laws telling us what we are allowed to eat etc. I applaud what Mrs. Obama is doing and I am not a Democrat nor did I vote for her husband.

Ya know I have a problem when people call others names and fail to look in the mirror themselves. Has anyone seen a picture of Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner? Definitely NOT a role model for Men’s Health. Mrs. Obama is not obese. Yep! she’s a big girl (tall!) but quite proportionate. I would think many women would have a problem with a severely overweight, balding, aging guy, saying ANYTHING negative about ANY woman.

Posted by: MyTakeOnThis61 | December 22, 2011, 9:59 am 9:59 am

The comments in support of such a rude and disrespectful comment are amazing? So parents shouldn’t teach their kids not to lie, steal, eat healthy, speak kindly, get good grades etc. unless they have only been perfect in doing all of the above? I am not an Obama fan, but our country is bankrupt in part because of our health care costs – which are directly affected by our poor eating habits. She is working to teach good eating habits…not to demand that no one ever have a treat. The one who made the comment will pay the price, and he should.

Posted by: beth | December 22, 2011, 10:01 am 10:01 am

I have a large butt. But I tell my kids to healthy foods. I am not a hypocrite. I recognize that I have a problem and would rather my kids not suffer the same. Would you Obama haters just give it a break for one day?

Posted by: tom | December 22, 2011, 10:05 am 10:05 am

The First Lady is trying to support a healthier attitude towards eating in a country where an astounding amount of Americans are obese. Her backside is as beautiful as the rest of her, and his comment was a mistake in judgement… the fact that he thinks her backside is big should be a wakeup call for WI women, a great majority of which undoubtedly have a larger “posterior” than Michelle Obama. The fact that she splurges on a shake here and there is healthy and absolutely normal. It is another reminder to do everything in moderation, an extremely healthy view on dieting!

Posted by: Amanda | December 22, 2011, 10:05 am 10:05 am

Know what the sad part is? I don’t think Pres. Obama is a bad president at all, it is the GOP and the haters who constantly bash him and there are many lies and scare tactics too…the birth certificate thing was terrible…and they never let it go. Does anyone ever think that maybe if after he was elected, if all of Congress had sat down with him and truly tried to fix things, we would be in much better shape? Instead they bashed whatever he did or said. I never saw so much hate in my life. Unfortunately there is still racism…an older relative of mine said she did not vote for him because she just couldn’t vote for a black man! I really thought our country had gone beyond this and grown but I guess I’m wrong. We don’t realize how fortunate we are that we can speak our minds but when I hear trash coming from mouths of others I see why our country is in such a state.

Posted by: Barb | December 22, 2011, 10:11 am 10:11 am

sometimes body types are genetic…Mrs. Obama’s backside could remain the size it is even if she chose to live on carrots and lettuce. I think she looks healthy.

Posted by: Mary | December 22, 2011, 10:11 am 10:11 am

Well… if I may… bring these FACTS (therefore you will not see this on FOX) to your attention of what these wonderful fit Republican men are seeking to do to our children at the request of companies who make frozen pizza, salt, and the potato industry:

“Earlier this year, the USDA made an attempt to bolster the nutrition guidelines for the federal school lunch program. Under the new guidelines, for instance, school lunches would be limited to one cup of starchy vegetables a week and the ability of schools to count tomato sauce on pizza towards their fruit and vegetables requirement would be scaled back. But House Republicans, in a new spending plan unveiled yesterday, have done away with those changes:

The spending bill also would allow tomato paste on pizzas to be counted as a vegetable, as it is now. The department’s proposed guidelines would have attempted to prevent that.

The changes had been requested by food companies that produce frozen pizzas, the salt industry and potato growers. Some conservatives in Congress have called the push for healthier foods an overreach, saying the government shouldn’t be telling children what to eat.

According to a bill summary released by Republicans on the House Appropriations Committee, these provisions are meant to “prevent overly burdensome and costly regulations.” What they will actually do is ensure that a steady flow of dollars continues toward certain favored food manufacturers, at the expense of children’s health.” (ThinkProgress 11/15/2011)

Posted by: newz4i | December 22, 2011, 10:23 am 10:23 am

While I’m not a fan of the President or the Obama’s in general I think the First Lady looks just fine for a woman her age with two kids. Even if someone is obese it does not preclude them from being advocates for a healthier lifestyle. I believe the Senator could have shown better judgment in making his point but he is free to say what he did. It is his opinion and nothing more. Many people in political life are called nasty things and the subject of judgmental people. I find it a bit strange that so many are just livid over this but had no problems with the tirade of personal attacks against such conservative political figures as Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann.

Posted by: SeaElk | December 22, 2011, 10:24 am 10:24 am

The congressman’s comment wasn’t necessary.

Posted by: newcountryman | December 22, 2011, 10:25 am 10:25 am

Um, yeah, Michelle Obama looks unhealthy. Really. Obviously a candidate for diabetes and heart disease… NOT!

She’s an active, healthy woman in her late 40s with a BMI that is likely well within the range of normal – unlike the vast majority of this country. And EVEN IF she was a 300-lb enormity, her message would still be valid. She wants people to eat healthy – what the heck is wrong with that? Our obesity epidemic is one of the greatest threats to this nation – and yet the government continues to subsidize the food industry that produces the unhealthy items that are making people fat. People have a choice in what they eat – there’s no doubt about that – but there’s no reason for the government to funnel industries that only make bad dietary choices that much more likely.

And pizza is not a vegetable, darnit!

Posted by: JrzWrld | December 22, 2011, 10:32 am 10:32 am

I’m against personal attacks of anyone …as to Sarah Palin she paraded her pregnant daughter in the media so what did she expect when people made comments? She made a real issue of it and quit as governor to go on tour making millions. As to her looks if anyone had made fun of her I would be outraged also. As to Michelle Bauchman I know people were making fun of her eyes saying she looked wild looking. Uncalled for. People who make fun of others looks should look in the mirror. It’s not right and I don’t care who it is.

They tried that. Obama looked at the Republicans and said, “Elections have consequences. I won.” He never had any intention of working WITH Republicans. When he doesn’t get his way on something, he starts demonizing, and hits the airways. Today is no exception.

With all the crap and problems we have in DC now some idiot opens his mouth stupidly. I’m more concerned with the growing financial problems of the nation than I am with the lower posterior of the First Lady. These jerks have grown that to a size that won’t fit through a doorway. Try some reality politicians and concentrate on what needs to be done. I repeat that you’re all worthless slimeballs and this just continues to prove it.

Wheresmymoney: That is not true. He wanted to sit down from day one…and from day one the GOP said NO NO NO…as they are still doing! I’m so tired of the politics…and that’s what it is…people will vote by party or by one single issue ie if a candidate is against gay marriage they will vote for him, never mind if he is pro war, pro guns and pro taxes. People have gotten hateful and our country is going downhill…it’s their way or no way. This president brought the troops home from Iraq where we never should have gone in the first place and cost us billions. Remember “mission accomplished”? He got Osama and some people keep saying the seals got him…they do not want to give this president credit even when he deserves it. But if for some reason the seals had failed they would have blamed the president. It’s unreal and I’m done going back and forth on these boards…I don’t get on as often..it’s tiring and a waste of time. All I know is I will never vote GOP. I’m done.

Posted by: Barb | December 22, 2011, 10:41 am 10:41 am

Those who think the GOP has a monopoly on hurtful and stupid comments seem to be looking at the World through rose colored lens because both sides have laid it out thick at times. I guess its okay for Nancy Pelosi to stand in front of the House of Representatives and call the Tea Party terrorists and racists. I guess its okay for Harry Reid to refer to the Tea Party as Nazi’s. I guess its okay for Bill Maher to call Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann derogatory things that most would never utter in polite company let alone their own mothers. How about a member of the Congressional Black Caucus stating that the Tea Party wants to see black people hanging from trees. There are plenty of examples of the rhetoric going beyond what most would consider acceptable. So, can we just disabuse ourselves of all the hand ringing and bemoaning the GOP and their “so-called” hate speech? Remember, just because you disagree with a groups views the fact is that those people are still Americans and your neighbors and your co-workers. We could all practice a little more tolerance and good judgment in the things we say.

I can’t believe the remark that was made about the First Lady body… when the person that made the remark have a body that support the reason why its important to do something about the way we eat here in America… There was no real reason for a remark like that about the First Lady.. especially when the person that made it is living a unhealthy life in the way of taking care of his on body health.. or is it jealousy because the fact that the President Of The United State have a First Lady that is smart and beautifully sexy to wake up to every morning.. wonder how pleasing looking that Jim Sensenbrenner wife is body type is or is it a shadow of what his body is and that First Lady Michelle Obama is the shadow of what he wish he had to wake up to in the morning, and if he don’t have anyone to wake up to in the morning then he really need to get with the Anti-Obesity Program himself and stop being a ass himself

The congressman has a valid point and shouldn’t apologize. If she wants to make a difference, she should go about it the same way everyone else has to, by example. If she can’t keep her own house in order, she shouldn’t be trying to clean up everyone else’s first. Who cares about her gender, race, or whatever? I for one care very little for those ‘in power’ who constantly preach to those ‘below’ them about how to this, that, or the other while at the same tying our hands financially so we can’t afford better food. Her husband won’t even stand up to the Chinese while they are robbing the US blind!

Posted by: robert barber | December 22, 2011, 10:55 am 10:55 am

Barb…The GOP could say very little at least very little that mattered in the first two years Obama was President because the Democrats had control of both the House and the Senate. The GOP couldn’t have blocked a cool breeze during the first two years Obama was President so I question the validity of your point. Second, just because Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid wouldn’t allow legislation out of committee doesn’t mean the GOP wasn’t submitting ideas of their own. The media has played up the whole “Party of NO” and obviously you have bought into it hook-line-and-sinker. The GOP has submitted numerous bills that offered another way forward. However, the obstructionists were Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. I’m not saying everything the GOP has done is without criticism, far from it, but they are hardly the devil incarnate; just as I don’t subscribe to Obama being the worst President ever. He is simply a typical Democrat politician. You talk about the GOP as party above all else on the issues but aren’t you making the same choice by declaring to never vote GOP. If a Democrat came forward that was for limited government, fiscal constraint, and individual rights above the collective then I would certainly consider casting my vote for them but that is not the case. I choose to vote for what I believe is best for the country according to how I was brought up rather than simply voting for a Party.

Mr. Negrin – way to show your bias with your opening line. I’m pretty sure the congressman has no issue with people who are overweight. His point (I’ll spell it out for you since you seem to have missed it) is that the First Lady feels the need to tell everyone how to eat, but has her own flaws. We’ve got enough government overstep in our lives, we don’t need more informal overstepping from the First Lady.

Google it instead of spouting off about things you know nothing about. Here is one report:

Eric Cantor went to the White house on day three of President Obama’s presidency. At the time, Obama and Democrats had total control of the White House, Senate and House. Cantor tried to share ideas with President Obama for stimulating the economy and creating jobs. When Cantor pushed for small business tax-cuts, President Obama said,

“Elections have consequences, and at the end of the day, I won.”

The remainder of your 10:11was so absurd I elected not to comment on it. Older relative (Ha), You make up fake people just like Obama. Michelle Obama is the thinnest first lady the U.S. has in decades. She is physically fit and well within her weight range for height. If she were a size 0, I’m sure she would be accused of promoting an anorexic lifestyle. If the woman said breathing was good for you, there would be some idiot yelling, “Don’t tell me what to do!” The bottom line is obesity is a problem in America and if we love ourselves and our children, we will promote a healthy lifestyle.

That, in a nutshell, is why this congress is failing at its job and needs to be fired.

One, Michel Obama never told us what to eat, just encouraged us–no mandate. She also never said, never eat what we consider junk. She just advocated moderation in everything. As a christian I find that refreshing. She is living that out. Do you see any contradiction there? With Senator Reid having declined to call his Members back to Washington this week to join the House in negotiating a full-year extension of the payroll tax cut, the Speaker proposed that the President send members of his economic policy team up to Congress to find a way to accommodate the President’s full-year request. This generation of Americans are certainly not the “Greatest Generation”, but the “Superficial Generation”. People who say the First Lady is “fat” are hateful LIARS.

Our First Lady is a VERY healthy and healthy-looking American woman. Just because she’s healthy-looking instead of pencil-thin, it doesn’t make her fat.

The TRUTH here is that many of our elected officials, notable among them Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner, are shameless shills for the junk food industry. Sensenbrenner was a cosponsor of H.R. 339, a bill shielding the fast food industry from liability for the health effects of its food and beverages and failure to disclose those effects. That’s why he’s insulting our First Lady, whose only crime is working hard to end childhood obesity in America.

He should get his own MASSIVELY fat ass out of any discussion of responsible nutrition, since he’s obviously opposed to it.

one big difference for Jim, He does not tell people what to eat like Obam does. Just look at the changes in school lunch’s since Obama took office. What we eat is none of their business. Some things should be left up to the states to decide on, Not Michelle or Oprah.

The First Lady is simply trying to help kids learn how to eat healthy foods and avoid obesity and diabetes. What is wrong with that!
She isn’t requiring them to exercise. She isn’t taking their ice cream and pizza away. She is simply trying to give them healthy alternatives, and mention how important “getting moving” can be.
Plus, she is totally fit, in my opinion.
Face it, there is too much “pork” in the junk food industry. Politicians can’t afford to lose their money, so they attack anyone that promotes a healthy lifestyle.

___”Ah, but we must be politically correct, mustn’t we? And so an apology is in order. Of course, no one will point out that Sensenbrenner’s primary point was not about MOo’s posterior but rather her hypocrisy. Maybe calling someone “hypocritical” is racist. Must as Holder about that.”
POSTED BY: CREEPER | DECEMBER 22, 2011, 9:35 AM 9:35 AM________________________Your post is laughable. It shows you have a brain just like the congressman in question. Talking about “hypocrisy,” who is the guilty party here? Is it the fat boy who secretly looks at another person’s wife butt and making comments about it? Maybe, if the congressman had taken a look at himself in the mirror, he might have been too ashamed to make such comments. And for one thing, Michelle Obama is not fat or obese. The congressman is the one who looks fat, and I bet you with that size of a body, his posterior end is larger than anybody else’s. Go figure.

Some people are just plain stupid–a womans backside has nothing to do with her diet–some women just have curves–whether it be geneticly, payed for or etc. Mrs Obama has a great shape and body. She is promoting families to eat better, which in turn have our children eating healthier as well. Noone can tell you what to eat–but she can tell you how to eat better. Decrease our obesity rate in this country and learn how to live long healthy lifes. Instead of dying of heart disease, diabetes, having high cholestrol. Grow up people. ANYTHING the Obamas do, will be frowned up, by many that just dont want them in the White House. Key words White House, lets step out of the early 1900′s and take care of our country and work with out President to help make that happen. Instead of fighting his every move and talking about his wife’s A*#!!!

It’s because Republicans DO care about people that they want to make Obama a 1 term president. And seriously, enough with the “they only care about the rich” stupidity.
Of the top 1% of earners in this country 90% donated to Obama’s campaign. The rich are OVERWHELMINGLY democrat. But that means absolutely nothing to you sheep. You’ll all excuse it away and stick to what you are told.
The democrats did many surveys and they know this is what works, so they just say it. Truth be damned.
But it’s not class warfare. Baaaaaaaaaaa.

Republicans only care about 1% of the population, they want everyone else to die, they are heartless, they are racist, they hate children…blah blah. Is that why they win elections? Good lord…THINK people. Remember that? Try and just think for once.
We bring up the economy…we are stupid.
We bring up unemployment…we are racist.
Insult, insult, insult…it’s been their strategy for 100 years. Some of you must still have some sense. I’m not telling you how to vote, I’m just saying THINK about these things. Good grief.

Mrs. Obama is a beautiful woman with a healthy strong body. Need we all be super model thin? That’s the wrong message to young girls. Mrs. Obama is promoting healthy eating while clearly she is also a normal human being who enjoys a shake or burger once in a while. Don’t we all? All in moderation folks….would that the congress would take a moderate approach as well……….

Just love it. Not one of you bashing this man for telling this in a private conversation have not done the same thing yourself. Not a single one of you including myself. I hope someday when you are saying something that you might not want to be told you have someone listening to your conversation. When Obama made his comments about the Israeli because he was to stupid to turn off the mike you all took up for him. Where is the love you showed Obama for his mistake, and why bash Jim? Both made comments in private and both got leaked to the ones they were talking about.

Posted by: specialty57 | December 22, 2011, 1:07 pm 1:07 pm

Let me get this right … so in order to be considered healthy, you’re expected to be skin and bones? As others have stated, Mrs. Obama is promoting a healthy lifestyle, not a certain size. Having a big butt sometimes just has to do with genetics. And it’s not always a bad thing (news flash!) Why is it that when a black woman has a big butt, it’s unhealthy or gross, but when a non-black has one, it is to be celebrated? Please people, we have always had big butts, most of us like our big butts (and some of you all secretly like them too – shock), so get over it! Big butts don’t always mean unhealthy or unattractive. It’s time for us to take back our beauty and stop letting America dictate to us what beauty is.

Okay… so clear this one up for me then. Obesity is a problem here in the USA and especially amongst our children. The FDA has recommended a healthier lunch program option. Republicans have introduced a bill (by request of pizza, salt, and potato lobbyists) which basically nullifies the healthier lunch option and makes it even more easier to introduce unhealthy foods. Now… in my small mind, I view their actions as not working in the best interest of our country but only for a few. For me that is heartless and very child unfriendly!

What have I missed? Thank you in advance for your answer…

The first lady is promoting better eating and exercise, she’s not promoting the perfect body. This congressman is an idiot and he should fix what is wrong with his fat a– before he goes talking about somebody else’s!

I am not a fan of any politician these days, they don’t DO anything to help the people who elected them, because they are bought and paid for prior to that. They don’t care about anyone except themselves. I fear that nothing will change in this country, because it’s so loaded down with people who just care about what they can get and how much money they can make off the backs of the american people. No one runs for office anymore because they care, the only people who run are LOADED with money. How did that happen? No one cares, they just want money and power. It’s sick.

YOU BETTER TESTIFY!!! It is incomprehensible why anyone (except those on the take from the big corporations) could have an issue with ANYONE promoting healthier eating and exercising. Granted, I don’t know everything but I can’t recall Mrs. Obama telling anyone what they must eat. I have heard her describing healthier choices, exercising and even admitting that she LOVES french fries and must be careful about her consumption but basically what she speaks about is moderation.

I’d say anybody out in public on a cell phone that is overhead has ONLY themselves to blame if they were speaking about something they did not want others to hear. You would come across better if for once you’d take up for respecting First Ladies and stop cutting this fat disrespectful sexist pig such slack. I do not care the party, this sort of stuff on First Ladies or the children is out of line. Always. I never saw Laura Bush put down like this one is. None of this has a thing to do with what anybody else said on a phone in the past. Take some responsibility for your party there for once.

Rep. Sensenbrenner’s comment was illogical. Mrs. Obama is not overweight for her height, she has a healthy BMI number and she exercises daily. It is obvious that some women are curvy, no matter their weight. Republicans try to make her encouragement to children, parents and food companies to eat healthier as some kind of mandate, but they are lying.
We should all be concerned about the rising obesity and diabetic levels of our children and adults, as they cause terrible suffering, physical limitations and early death, not to mention the financial strain on families.
Too many Republicans are taking big donations from food conglomerates who are profiting from selling sub-standard food and want to continue that practice, despite the harm it is doing.

You don’t have to have a perfect body in order to promote healthy eating. The First Lady is not “the government” and she is only encouraging people to eat healthy food. There is no legislation on the docket that enforces any type of eating. When Lady Bird Johnson encouraged people to plant trees, nobody argued that the government was trying to tell people how to landscape their yards. When Barbara Bush encouraged people to read, nobody argued that the government was telling people what to do with their free time. If the senator from Wisconsin has nothing better to do than criticize the First Lady, then maybe Wisconsin voters should elect someone else next time. They are already in the process of recalling their governor. Tsk…

Because there is nothing else. Specialty represents your typical Right-Less. One who has little or no facts to debate about this President except what is posted on various extreme Right-Wing blogs. We are quite aware that he dislikes this President. Should you ask him “why,” nothing tangible is revealed other than the Right-Wing sound bites. If the conversation (if you can call it that) develops further he only becomes more and more hysterical with each posting. Towards the end he of such a reparte he charges that President Obama is a martian and has come to take over the USA. By then you realize that of which you deal with and assuming that a “white jacket” which is custom fit cannot be too far away from his seating.

Slammed through a stimulus nobody read and as you can see it did not work out well. Slammed through a half a– HC bill Pelosi said”pass it now and see what is in it latter”. The classes seem to be divided . That was planned though. Take from the ones that made it and give it to the ones that never tried. I am sure you were one of the ones that blamed Bush for high fuel prices, do you hold Obama responsible for record high fuel prices this year, record foreclosures, record food prices, commodities, the number of hungry people etc? His jobs approach of throwing money at it did not work. Now he wants more to put on another band aid. His foreclosure policies did not work. Inflation has started to move in from all the reckless spending, although he was warned, he said that would not happen. Bought a gallon of milk lately? Reagan never blamed Carter for his mess, but obama has been in almost three years and nothing is his fault is it. Just when is Obama supposed to take responsibility? Today, tomorrow, or never? Goodnight.

They worked on HCR for over a year and nothing remotely got slammed there. Those people knew basically what was in it. None of them read all the bills 100% before they vote. What? You think that’s only some democrat thing again? Nobody slammed thru a stimulus. Some of you have no concept of what is involved in a deep recession. That is clear. Had John McCain gotten in this economy would be in about the same boat. It took years for this to blow and it will take years to recover. EVERY President has blamed the ones before them. Bush blamed Clinton for high gas as he left to move to Texas. Eight flipping years into it and he was still blaming Clinton.

Like i said, it is irrelevant that Michelle Obama has a big butt, and is not too hot. Many women of color often have big butts, and yet they can still be valuable hunan beings. Don’t be so SEXIST!!!!!

My question is why is he looking at her backside. Must have seen something he liked. And to all of who have nothing better to do than criticize her and make ugly remarks-
The problem is you are not happy with yourselves. You see something in her that you wish you had. You would probably kill to have her grace and poise and the body that you say is fat. Get a life

The congressman just made a stupid, flippant comment.
Michelle Obama looks beautiful, and a full bumper with
a small waist is healthy.

No, Donna — the congressman just told the simple and obvious truth. LOL, ” a full bumper”, right. Nifty euphemism for a big butt. But it is a free country (mostly) , so you are free to pretend she “looks beautiful”, but please don’t expect the rest of us with more honesty and better vision to play along with the spin.

When did the size of one’s posterior indicate fatness? There are fat people without large posterior. I don’t believe the size of your ass or breast indicate fatness. You can have skinny people with a large ass just like you can have skinny people with large breast. You know I wouldn’t be upset if he said she was fat, although, to me she’s clearly not. Are you people forgotten that beauty is subjective? Fatness is also subjective; example, Anorexic people think they are fat even though they only have bones left in their body.

Healthy eating is requisite for a healthier life. I don’t care who’s advocating it, as long as it is.

The man can say what he wants to about Mitch if he is fat BECAUSE HE ISN’T TELLING PEOPLE WHAT THEY SHOULD EAT AND WHAT THEY SHOULD FEED THEIR CHILDREN. DUH!!! The people screaming about the GOP don’t seem to be smart enough to realize her remarks are not political; it is just another way Obama wants to take away personal freedom form Americans. And no, I’m not a right wing crazy.
