My comment is on the “Va Governor, VP candidate, Flip Flops on Abortion Ultras Sound Bill”. As always MSNBC has had the best coverage and discussions on this topic. But tonite they asked an analyst why they felt that the GOP thinks that they can ‘get away with’ this out and out attack on women’s health…and she gave the standard lame answer. I wonder when the TV personalities who study and understand these issues so well are going to start saying the truth? That the ‘fall in line supporters’ of the GOP are basically vey, very shallow and vindictive people. So many of them do not have a higher education degree. So many of them live in small communities (both urban and rural). They do the ‘same basic things every week which includes going to the ‘same church’, talking to the ‘same people, maybe sitting in the same pew and most of all listening to the same revolving sermons from the ‘same person. They become ‘dyed in the wool traditionalists, learn to resist change and dream about a ‘past’ that will never be here again. They are shallow because of their ‘sameness’…and basically have no clue about important worldly and national matters. They simply want to ‘fall in line’…so they don’t have to pay attention…or think.
