Obama's SuperFLIP, The Contraception Question, Mitt's Expectations, CO, MO, MN (PM Note)

ABC News' Z. Byron Wolf ( @zbyronwolf ) reports:

Debate Question - Is Missouri's Primary Worthless? http://abcn.ws/x9b7d4 The 411 on tonight's races - http://abcn.ws/zRKKg8

The Detes - Results from the primary in Missouri and the caucuses in Colorado and Minnesota start rolling in at 7, 8 and 9 p.m. ET. And there are rumblings that Mitt Romney, even though he won two of the three in 2008, could have some difficulty tonight.

Counter Programming - On a day when he'd probably prefer we were paying attention to Mitt Romney's difficulties, President Obama's White House has us poring over his campaign policy toward superPACs and his administration policy toward the Catholic Church.

superFLIP - On superPACs, the guy did a textbook about face. Lets call it a definition flip flop. The president okayed the decision to go, in the space of two days, from not supporting a Democratic superPAC to supporting a Democratic superPAC. (Perchance because it wasn't raising enough money?) http://abcn.ws/zSblhi

So while he doesn't personally support superPACs he's okay with the superPAC that supports him raising money. http://abcn.ws/zgdbYA

"Contraception" or "Abortive Pills" - And then there's the issue of the Catholic Church. On the HHS rule that religious hospitals provide access to the morning after pill - what Mitt Romney now calls "abortive pills" on the campaign trail - there are some signs that the administration will seek some sort of compromise.

Carney and Tapper today: TAPPER: We're talking about people who think that some methods of birth control are murder, are a sin and the Obama administration is forcing them to be party to that. CARNEY: That's why the process going forward includes a transition period where this discussion will continue to see if there can be ways found that ensure that women get access to this - these preventive services and that those services are covered as they will be for all other women, and it also takes into account these religious concerns. http://abcn.ws/z1zWde War on Religion: Romney Edition  - Even Romney has taken to calling the contraception rule Obama's "War on Religion."  Rivals Suggest Romney is a Johnny-Come-Lately on that particular issue. He enforced a contraception mandate on the Catholic Church in Massachusetts - http://abcn.ws/zLnZKi

Fluff Cannon - It did look like Obama had fun at the White House science fair, where the President launched a Marshmallow across an ornate room. http://abcn.ws/yDebUf
