Super Tuesday - Santorum May Be Ineligible For One Quarter of Delegates at Stake - Michael Falcone Must-Read: Even if Rick Santorum wins Ohio on Super Tuesday, he won't be able to claim all of its delegates. In fact, he is at risk of forfeiting nearly one-quarter of them. In three of the state's 18 congressional districts, including two that are near Ohio's border with Pennsylvania, Santorum will lose any delegates he might have won because his campaign failed to meet the state's eligibility requirements months ago. Those three districts alone take 9 delegates out of a total of 66 off the table for Santorum. But it gets worse: Six more Ohio delegates may also be in jeopardy - http://abcn.ws/z2UWXg

POTUS v. Talk Show Host - Rush's 'Slut' Comment Takes Over  - President Obama stormed headlong into the culture war when he called Sandra Fluke. The Georgetown Law Student was barred by Republican Darrel Issa from testifying on a panel with clergymen about the contraception mandate last month, but she gained more fame when Rush Limbaugh accused her of being a "slut" for wanting Georgetown to cover contraception in health plans for students.

If there's any doubt Democrats are lapping up these headlines, the president put it to rest. And so did the spam folder of fundraising emails from the DCCC, the DSCC and more.

Republicans, clearly, want no part. John Boehner's spokesman said of Rush's insults - "The Speaker obviously believes the use of those words was inappropriate, as is trying to raise money off the situation."

How Social Issues Took Over the Economy Election - Wasn't this supposed to be an election about the economy and President Obama's stewardship of it? Matt Dowd crunches some consumer confidence data and finds that Republicans are actually more confident about the economy than Democrats are. Ann Romney Woos Women, Moms, Grandmas - "What I hear from all women - I heard it in Florida, I heard it in Michigan, I heard it in Nevada, I heard it New Hampshire, I heard it everywhere, everywhere I go - is that moms are very angry about the deficit spending in Washington, D.C. They are very upset about the burdens their children are going to inherit, and they think it's irresponsible of us to pass along that kind of burden to our children and grandchildren." http://abcn.ws/xLUjpj
