Those who have worried about the fate of Fido can rest easy. During my interview with Pastor Rick Warren for "This Week," he assured me that dogs "absolutely" go to heaven.

"I've been asked that 100 times, " laughed Warren. "Absolutely, yes. I can't imagine God not allowing my dog into heaven," laughed Warren.

And cats? Do they get to walk through the gates of Heaven?

"Sure," added Warren. Why Not?"
