Colin Powell Sings 'Call Me Maybe'

There was no lip-dubbing or fancy editing necessary to get former Secretary of State Colin Powell to sing the latest pop sensation "Call Me Maybe."

During a commercial break while being interviewed for CBS This Morning, Powell shook his shoulders, held out his hands and, along with co-anchor Gayle King, broke into song.

"Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy," Powell sings, slightly less in tune than the song's original artist Carly Rae Jepson. "But here's my number, so call me maybe."

"It was a lock," Powell says to co-host Charlie Rose, who looked a bit baffled by the spontaneous singing, before making a hasty exit from the morning show's stage.

Powell now joins Donald Trump, the Miss USA Pageant contestants, Justin Bieber, and a lip-dubbed President Obama on the ever-growing list of people who have burst into the catchy melody.
